“THE NOT YET TEN”

Nike released “the ten” series with offwhite last year. Ten styles of Nike sneakers are redesigned with deconstructivism from “the ten” series designed by Virgil Abloh.

I was inspired to think about whether deconstruction could also be used to redesign cartoon characters.So I designed this set of “the not yet ten.” For I haven’t yet decided what to design for the last character, I haven’t gathered enough for ten, so I call it “not yet”.

These nine cartoon characters are all my favorites. They are Pikachu, Garfield, Stitch, Mickey, Baymax, Chopper, Doraemon, Spongebob and Mr.Q.
